Level Shoes turns 10

Luxury retailer Chalhoub Group’s homegrown brand Level Shoes turns 10 continuing to redefine footwear shopping through meaningful human experiences and imaginative storytelling. Located at the heart of The Dubai Mall, Level Shoes features a wide range of bespoke services and brands.

“A decade ago, we conceptualised a brand with a regional core and a global spirit. Today, when we look back on the incredible journey of Level Shoes, we are filled with pride in the way the brand has exceeded our promises. Always on-trend in offerings and perceptive about shifting demands, Level Shoes has continued to be a destination of choice for our local consumers, whilst engaging our global audience,” said Patrick Chalhoub, Group President of the Chalhoub Group.

To kick off the occasion from October 1-10 Level Shoes will share personal, uplifting notes with the community via deliveries, across its website, app and social media channels.

From 10 October, customers can indulge in over 50 new and exclusive pieces that they won’t find anywhere else, from iconic international and regional designers. These limited-edition pieces will be available online and in-store from mid-October to the end of December.

In addition, the brand’s diverse and ever-growing selection has officially become phygital. Level Shoes has paired with Lanvin to create the ultimate celebratory style for their 10th anniversary. These exclusive, limited-edition sneakers can also be worn in the metaverse as 100 lucky shoppers worldwide will receive a free NFT with their purchase.

What’s more, Level Shoes is also launching a pre-Loved, luxury second-hand retail platform that gives back to customers and the planet. This innovative, sustainable service enables the community to easily sell and buy pre-loved pieces from around the globe.

As Level Shoes turns 10 Managing Director Elisa Bruno said, “October 2022 marks a very special milestone for Level Shoes – it’s our 10-year anniversary! We took time to reflect on our extraordinary journey, and we wanted to say ‘thank you’ to the city we call home, our loyal clients all over the world and all our incredible brands for being by our side for the past decade – we wouldn’t be who we are without them. People are at the heart of everything that our brand does. Our multicultural, and multi-talented team of over 200, who mirror the UAE’s diversity, energy and passion, have planned unprecedented collaborations every single week until the end of the year. Be sure to look out for our empowering messages, over 50 exclusive products, new collectable packaging and much more.”
