A concept store and lifestyle space, The Edit, has officially opened its doors in the heart of Al Wasl in Dubai to redefine shopping and offer customised experience to modern women in the region.
The Edit is home to carefully selected and curated pieces from cult brands around the world including Paper London, Acler and AQ/AQ. The two-storey store features an unparalleled shopping experience on the ground floor along with a specialty coffee & tea bar, all shared with a conservatory lounge which redefines the experience with a glass ceiling and velvet couches. Stationery, home décor, accessories, jewellery, skin and hair care can also be found at The Edit.
The top floor of The Edit is dedicated to being a community space which will host pop-up shops, art exhibitions, movie nights, yoga, wellbeing classes, talks and events.
“There was a gap in the market and I felt that the retail experience just wasn’t personalised enough,” says Rumana Nazim, founder & CEO of The Edit. “The Edit plays on a requisite for something unique and special. We don’t have many one-stop shops in Dubai which encapsulate art, fashion and a café. At The Edit, there’s something for everyone and we want to focus on excellent customer service and quality of product, while being a place to unwind, relax, connect with your community and enjoy an artisanal, curated experience,” adds Nazim.
