Lush Unveils Immersive Concept Store at Dubai Hills Mall

New space offers personalised experiences, live demos, and a deeper dive into sustainable beauty.

Lush has launched a new concept store in Dubai Hills Mall, offering an elevated and immersive retail experience that’s as innovative as the brand itself. Opened in April 2025, the 138 sqm store invites visitors to explore Lush’s ethical, handmade cosmetics through a host of interactive, sensory-rich touchpoints. From the moment customers walk in, the store is designed to surprise and delight. To mark the grand opening, the first 100 visitors received a complimentary goodie bag with any purchase.

But the real excitement lies in the experiences that go far beyond the shelves.

A Multi-Sensory Playground
Customers can take part in a range of activities including personalised skincare consultations in a dedicated private room, live product-making demonstrations through Lush’s “Compounders on Tour” weekends, and even host a party with hands-on creation of face masks, bath bombs or bubble bars. The store also features a Perfume Library, where guests can embark on a guided journey through Lush’s unique fine fragrances—each scent inspired by emotion, memory, and storytelling.

Built for Purpose
From the design materials to the store layout, every element has been thoughtfully crafted with sustainability. Ethically sourced elements like Greencast acrylics made from 100% recycled content, CO₂-neutral Marmoleum flooring, and energy-efficient LED lighting define the space.
“Dubai Hills felt like the right choice for our next retail move. Emaar is leading the way in building more sustainable, future-forward malls in the region, and that’s a natural fit for Lush,” said Alex Scott, Construction Project Manager at Lush. “This new space represents a big step forward in how we show up for our customers—with a dedicated Perfume Library, private consultation rooms, and an interactive party area. Every detail of the store has been designed with care, using ethical and environmentally friendly materials throughout.”

Visitors are also encouraged to take part in the “Bring It Back” scheme, where they can return used packaging for recycling, reinforcing Lush’s commitment to reducing environmental impact. With its interactive offerings, focus on customer connection, and deeply rooted values in sustainability and transparency, Lush’s new Dubai Hills Mall store sets a new benchmark for beauty retail in the region.
