Founded in Madrid in 2016, restaurant brand Amazonico is all set to open in Dubai later this year. Amazonico Dubai will be the restaurant’s second outpost, after London – Mayfair that will open in October 2019. Amazonico Dubai is part of Dogus Group – owners of Zuma, Nusr Et and Coya

To be located in Gate Village Pavillon in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Amazonico promises to offer Latin American warmth in Dubai’s contemporary and evolving landscape. Known for its vibrant and harmonious approach to flavours, each dish at Amazonico pays tribute to a rich culinary heritage that subtly blends influences from South America, Europe and Asia.

With its three-storey venue led by Chef Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, Amazonico promises to create a gastronomical storm, welcoming guests with its notable inviting hospitality. Amazonico’s menu is an eclectic mix of mouth-watering dishes offer highlights from Brazilian gastronomy.

“To create Amazonico, we truly delved into the foundations of South American culture, and explored the elements of their cuisine, their eating rituals and how they enjoy meals. The most important parts are often the ones that you can’t see, like the roots of a tree or the submerged part of the iceberg. Amazonico stemmed from this philosophy, a venture born of depth, history and expertise,” says Silva, concept creator of Amazonico.

With a rich culinary experience into Latin American heritage comes an admirable interior created by Spanish designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán. Starting with a Bar & Lounge, moving up to the restaurant and ending with a rooftop terrace, Amazonico creates an incredible experience taking each and every guest on a journey along the Amazon river. An immersion in the sprawling rainforest and Andean peaks, to the golden shores of the northern coast; Amazonico is a space filled with details and charm.
