Making UAE healthy

Two of Dubai’s home-grown brands with health and fitness at the core – GymNation and Fuel Up by Kcal – have joined hands to spread the message of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Ahead of its formal launch to the public this month, GymNation collaborated with Fuel Up during the ‘Open Day’ of its debut facility last week, which hosted over 2,000 guests, including many of GymNation’s founding members.

Fuel Up by Kcal, a concept dedicated to promoting wellness through good, wholesome and healthy food, is now the official nutrition partner of GymNation. The concept is all about taking charge of your health and wellness, without compromising on choice, ease, speed and convenience – an ethos that gels flawlessly with GymNation’s ‘fitness for everyone’ ideology.

The world-class, state-of-the-art GymNation facility in Al Quoz, spans 45,000 sqft and is equipped with over 500 pieces of latest generation equipment by Matrix and offers over 200 Les Mills fitness classes, all accessible as part of the monthly membership.

“Health and fitness is a blend of exercise, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. As part of our holistic offering to our members, GymNation is pleased and proud to partner with UAE’s favourite health food company,” says GymNation founder, Loren Holland. “We are delighted to have opened a world-class fitness facility which offers gym memberships at an affordable and flexible rate to the people of Dubai. Our partnership with Fuel Up by Kcal further enhances our offering to GymNation members allowing them to access the best nutritional advice, services and healthy food offering across the UAE.”

“We are excited about our new partnership with GymNation, which will bridge the gap between food and fitness, giving us the opportunity to provide our clients with access to personalised nutrition and physical wellbeing,” adds Mark Carroll, founder & co-CEO of Kcal.

With Fuel Up by Kcal on board, GymNation’s offering becomes even more comprehensive. Members and customers of both entities can now benefit from exclusive cross-complementary offers and discounts. Additionally, Fuel Up by Kcal is the exclusive operator of the in-house café at GymNation.
