British retailer Marks & Spencer has announced the relaunch of its Dubai Mall store. The 33,000 sqft boutique concept store with a contemporary look and feel and new interiors aimed at optimising the customer experience. The sleek design showcases the very best of the British brand’s premium food offering, the latest addition of chilled food ranges and the brand’s clothing and accessories as well as a brand-new Marks & Spencer Café offering a dine-in and pickup service.

For the first time, customers at the Dubai Mall store will have access to Marks & Spencer’s food with over 2,000 grocery items. In addition to British favourites, customers will have access to go-to food, including the brand’s meat varieties from New Zealand. Shoppers looking to incorporate more plant-based foods into their diets can indulge in the famous Plant Kitchen range, developed with a ‘flavour first’ mentality. And for special occasions, Marks & Spencer customers can select a variety of antipasti, luxury cheese boards and impressive desserts.

The relaunched store also houses a brand-new Marks & Spencer Café for those who want to pick up food while on the move or dine-in. The café also serves a variety of meals from freshly baked pastries to a wide selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta, as well as British classics such as Fish and Chips and a traditional Afternoon Tea spread.

“We are pleased to welcome shoppers to our new boutique concept store, where we have introduced fresh food to the store for the very first time. The store will also offer a wide range of popular clothing collections for the whole family. We have been working hard to offer customers new, convenient ways to shop with Marks & Spencer, including the M&S Food app, e-catalogue service, and partnerships with elGrocer, Deliveroo and of course through our website. Customers must be able to shop our products in a way that is most convenient for them,” Nick Batey, GM, Marks & Spencer MENA.
