After 20 years of existence, the first-ever McDonald’s restaurant to service the UAE has received a contemporary makeover.
Following the Al Ghurair Centre restaurant serving in Deira since December 21, 1994, the McDonald’s restaurant, complete with McCafe, will see the first digital menu board and dual-point ordering system launched in the UAE in the coming weeks. The digital menu, used for the first time in McDonald’s UAE’s restaurants, is designed to further engage customers, displaying the entire restaurant menu across the latest LCD flat screen technology.
Comprising ultra-low energy screens, the digital menus will display personalised offers and messages, enabling McDonald’s restaurants across the UAE to remain as environmentally friendly as possible through saving on paper products, while interacting in a smart way with customers.
