Marks & Spencer Al-Futtaim, the franchise partnership between UK-based retailer Marks & Spencer (M&S) and UAE-based conglomerate Al-Futtaim Group, has opened a new concept store in Al Ghurair Centre, Dubai.

The 10,200 sqft store, which is the 7th M&S store in Dubai and 12th in the UAE, caters to women looking for latest trends in casualwear, formal wear, and essentials. It opens just in time to showcase the brand’s autumn collection which will cover a range of items chosen specifically for the region and across the sub-brands. The store aims to clearly differentiate each sub brand’s identity and their unique product range with the help of visual merchandising kit, distinct mannequin and clear signage settings.

“The opening at Al Ghurair Centre marks our 6th opening this year, 24th store in the Middle East and 12th store in the UAE. We are excited to open with our new format, in advance to the mall’s official opening. We took the opportunity to open our doors today to ensure the customers of the area can enjoy shopping at the store as soon as possible. The UAE continues to be a key area of growth for Marks & Spencer, and we continue to improve both our collection and store format based on customer needs, says John Cooper, managing director at Marks & Spencer Al-Futtaim.
