“New Downtown” in Dubailand to redefine boutique retail experience

Dubai-based Vincitore Realty has launched The Promenade, a retail and tourism destination located within its Vincitore Boulevard project, next to the Miracle Gardens in Arjan.

The Promenade is spread over 100,000 square feet for the retail experience along with a 250 metres long boulevard boardwalk as well as the extensive boutique outdoor experiential lifestyle retail.

“From day one, we wanted to create a different type of asset that will change the public perception about real estate in Dubai. With the development of European Baroque-style palace-like properties, we have given real estate a completely different dimension in Dubai and the launch of the Promenade takes it forward,” said Vijay Doshi, chairman and managing director of Vincitore Realty.

“The Promenade will re-define retail and outdoor experience for residents and international tourists – who would want to spend some time and enjoy the environment. We are really proud to offer the Promenade to the people of the UAE and the tourists.”

“The Promenade is outlined with a beautiful elevation landscape to provide maximum frontage view to the retailers and dedicated signage for prominence. The frontage combined with the once in a lifetime location opposite Miracle Garden and in the Centre of Dubailand make it’s a very convenient and strategic location for top retailers looking to expand in this lucrative new neighbourhood,” said Veer Doshi, director of Vincitore Realty.

“The Promenade is another feather in Dubailand’s cap as it is surely going to attract more visitors to this wonderful location. We are proud to create world-class assets that are creating greater value to Dubai’s real estate and hospitality sectors.”

The Promenade has expansive infrastructure offerings to retailers with tailor-made electricity for each unit, more than 100 + exclusive parking spots, dedicated 24×7 security, storage areas, and underground parking.

A number of renowned boutique retail brands from the restaurants, fashion , clinics, personal  care and entertainment categories have already partnered with the The Promenade.
