Celebrity Chef Kunal Kapur opens Indian restaurant PINCODE at Dubai Hills Mall
Celebrity chef Kunal Kapur has opened an Indian restaurant called PINCODE at Dubai Hills Mall that takes inspiration from some of the iconic foodie destinations in India best identified by their pin codes. The collection of pin codes of food destinations comes together to make a pan Indian menu featuring dishes from the North to the coastal South of India.
Speaking of the thought process behind the menu creation of PINCODE Kapur explained, “Each meal is thoughtfully crafted following age-old recipes to produce vibrant and distinctly regional flavours. The goal is for each dish to evoke nostalgia within and make diners feel as though they have traveled back in time.”
Located on the first floor of Dubai Hills Mall next to the cinemas the restaurant can seat 90 people. The restaurant ambience reflects modern-day India with the warm, inviting feeling of a traditional Indian welcome. The see-through kitchen gives diners glimpses of the way dishes are brought to life.
