City Centre Ajman is set to become bigger and better with new food and beverage concepts, stylish retail and value stores.

The mall owned and operated by Majid Al Futtaim, currently undergoing a comprehensive redevelopment to double in size, from 312,000 to 560,000 sqft.

The redevelopment will see the addition of more than ten new stores this year. Several brands will also be making their debut in Ajman as part of the new phase.

City Centre Ajman will become the centre for family gatherings with new international restaurants offering al fresco dining to enjoy the outdoors. Diners can feast on freshly made Italian pizzas at the new Pizza Express or sit down for a Portuguese meal at the flavour-packed Nando’s restaurant that will be in the newly created wing of the mall.

Other well-known names include the Turkish café chain Mado, Patchi and Tim Hortons. The mall will be unveiling affordable lifestyle brand Max Fashion and value store Daiso along with Life Pharmacy.

“We are excited for the new F&B and retail stores to be joining our vibrant mall and offering our customers much more variety by the end of this year,” says Fuad Mansoor Sharaf, managing director for Majid Al Futtaim Properties, shopping malls (UAE, Bahrain & Oman).

“With more than 150 stores and food options, we are confident that City Centre Ajman will be the lifestyle destination of choice for residents and tourists in the months to come.”
