Project Chaiwala arrives in Dubai Media City

Dubai-based home-grown brand, Project Chaiwala has opened its newest branch in Dubai Media City. Co-founders Ahmad Kazim and Justin Joseph’s shared love for tea led to the birth of Project Chaiwala, aiming to bring people together over one cup of chai (tea) at a time.

Following the success of Project Chaiwala’s first branch in Al Serkal Avenue, the new venue in Dubai Media City offers a perfect setting for a catch up over a quick bite in a creative space. Offering a 25-30 seating arrangement, it is located on the ground floor of Media City’s Building 7.

Project Chaiwala’s interiors are brushed in the brand’s iconic blue and strokes of natural textures of timber and greenery that tie the space together. Thoughtfully designed keeping the neighbourhood in mind, the space offers the perfect place to get work done. The long counter offers a street-side view, while the intimate booths can be used meetings. There are low-lounges too for post work catch-ups. Project Chailwala will also deliver to the neighbouring offices, available across select delivery platforms.

Commenting on the choice of location, Kazim says, “Dubai Media City is a melting pot of people from diverse personal and professional backgrounds; it is an ideal demographic for our flagship store. This location gives us access to a buzzing captive audience that appreciates quality products and the experience Project Chaiwala aims to provide.”

Using ethically sourced ingredients, Project Chaiwala’s authentic teas and bites draw inspiration from around the world – from karak stops in Bur Dubai to the vibrant flavours of Delhi markets – delivering unique and genuine chai moments.
