Value fashion retailer REDTAG, which is part of the holding company BMA International Group, has launched its app across the GCC to stay connected with its 10 million-plus members.

The REDTAG app available on Apple and Android phoneswas launched in the UAE first, where it met with huge customer delight, gathering momentum as it was subsequently launched in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman with KSA coming on board this month.

Some of the features of the app include special prices using augmented reality, personalised offers for loyal and new customers, joining bonus points, store locator for every region, rewards on referrals to friends and family and tier based rewards programme (Silver, Gold and Platinum).

The app is user-friendly, interactive, fun and gives its customer’s access to browse the latest collection on their phone. One can be up-to-date on trends, check the transaction history and select their desired fashion wear, all even before getting to the store.

“REDTAG is always striving to enhance customer experience, at the store and beyond. This app is another feather in our cap that brings us even more closer to our customers. With its unique features and exciting giveaways, we are sure to maintain our loyal customer base and looking forward to welcoming new customers to the REDTAG family,” says Shehbaz S Shaikh, chief retail officer, REDTAG.

Customers can also earn points by being part of the RT Social Wall on the app – by sharing style inspirations on their Instagram using #redtagfashion.
