Retail Access bags three awards at the International Property Awards

Design firm Retail Access has received three awards at the International Property Awards. The winning projects were for its design of the BiOrganic store and Time Art in the ‘Retail Interiors’ category with Yas Perfumes being recognised as ‘Highly Commended’. Retail Access competed against 68 interior design firms in the region to be crowned winner in the Retail Interiors category for BiOrganic and Time Art.

The International Property Awards are given for outstanding achievement in the architecture and design for residential and commercial properties and retail stores across the globe. It’s Arabian chapter – The Arabian Property awards attracted 222 entries from hundreds of companies across the region.

The BiOrganic store was singled out for its creative expression that engages all the senses and its affinity to nature. Judges also recognised the customer journey that allowed for structured product presentation and convenient shelf access to encourage shoppers to stay longer. Likewise, Time Art was designed with a young and trendy urban look in mind, and Yas perfumes was transformed from a traditional Arabic souk perfumery to a contemporary store with a more international appeal.
