Rüya Dubai to open its doors soon

The d.ream Group (Dogus Restaurant Entertainment and Management) – behind Coya, Nusret and Zuma – has partnered with The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm to bring Rüya Dubai to the venue.

Speaking on the new venture Umut Özkanca, founder of Rüya concept said, “We at Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group are delighted to partner with The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm to launch our latest venue in the city. Rüya Dubai flows from a long line of efficacious dining concepts across the city. This concept brings the dream to life at the iconic Palm Tower placing both brands in the forefront of changing the culinary landscape of Palm Jumeirah.”

The London outpost of Rüya that translates to ‘dream’ in Turkish is a true embodiment of its name with an enchanting, warmly lit atmosphere and enticing culinary offering where traditional Anatolian cuisine is laced with modern nuances.

A perfect amalgamation of rustic and regal Rüya Dubai too will be a bold, bright and beautiful space with an open kitchen creating a vibrant restaurant and bar experience. Patterned tiles are an ode to the rich history of the Anatolian region, elegant chandeliers elevate every occasion, and the juxtaposition of marble and metal creates a modern bar setting.

“An exceptional partnership has been forged with Doğuş Group who have achieved success through a variety of culinary concepts across the world. We are excited to introduce London’s popular lifestyle-driven concept, Rüya, at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm elevating our epicurean offerings for our guests and also the residents of Dubai,” added Marwan Fadel, General Manager of The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm.
