Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is continuing its expansion across the GCC with the opening of its eighth brand shop in the UAE. Located in Abu Dhabi’s Khalidiyah Mall, the new store carries Samsung’s latest line of consumer products, including televisions, mobile phones, tablets, printers, monitors and home appliances, and is the second brand shop to open recently.

“We believe that all of our customers in the region deserve people-first experiences with our devices, and our concept stores will continue to deliver on that as we grow within and outside the UAE market,” says Young Soo Kim, president, Samsung Gulf Electronics. “The Khalidiyah brand shop is not the first Samsung store in Abu Dhabi, but it sits in the heart of the capital, and represents Samsung’s delivery of a hands-on retail experience to every door,” he adds.

The Khalidiyah Mall location marks another milestone in the partnership between Samsung and electronics retailer Jacky’s Retail LLC. Commenting on the latest launch, Ashish Panjabi, COO, Jacky’s Retail LLC remarks, “We are pleased to manage the new Samsung brand shop at Khalidiyah Mall. The on-going partnership between Jacky’s Retail LLC and Samsung Gulf Electronics has proved successful, with the expansion of Samsung’s portfolio on the showroom floor across three brand shops in three emirates. Samsung is one of the fastest growing brands in the country, and we look forward to providing a consistent and comprehensive retail experience to its customers.”
