Dubai-based beachwear retailer, Sand Dollar celebrated the opening of its fourth boutique in the emirate at the Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel.

Speaking at the opening, founder Lucy Gibson said, “Since opening the first Sand Dollar boutique in 2015 at the Fairmont, The Palm, we are delighted that the concept has become so in demand, that we are now here today celebrating the opening of our fourth standalone store. I initially created the brand to fill a gap in the market for a fast, efficient online beachwear shopping destination, bringing to the market must have trends, unique brands and luxury items that would serve both residents and tourists alike. Not only has our presence grown but also our offering, with the addition of womenswear brand ‘By Abigail Love’ which perfectly complements our existing range.”

New to the Middle East, womenswear designer Abigail Love’s ‘By Abigail Love’ is the latest brand to be stocked by Sand Dollar, extending its offering from beachwear to cater to hotel guests also looking for that special something to wear beyond the beach, such as to brunch, sundowners or dinner. The Jumeirah Al Naseem boutique is exclusively carrying the special By Abigail Love Party Edit. From February 2020, the new Spring/Summer 2020 collection will be stocked in all four boutiques as well as online.

“We are excited to be launching in the dynamic UAE market with such a perfect partner as Sand Dollar. I’ve received such a warm welcome here, with such a positive response from everyone I’ve met on each visit. I can’t wait to share my designs with the glamorous ladies of the Middle East,” Love added.
