Saudi women’s wear brand Bloomingwear deploys MishiPay’s scan & go technology

Saudi Arabia based women’s wear brand Bloomingwear has recently deployed the scan & go technology powered by MishiPay as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience. After the successful rollout in its flagship store in Jeddah Bloomingwear is now deploying MishiPay’s scan & go solution in all its stores in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam in the coming weeks.

“We are very excited to partner with MishiPay and bring this innovative solution to our customers in Jeddah. MishiPay’s scan & go technology will allow us to offer a more convenient and enjoyable shopping experience to our customers, and we are confident that it will be a huge success in our stores,” said Bloomingwear Owner Lamya Alnahdi.

MishiPay’s payment technology – which promises to increase average basket value by 35% eliminating long checkout queues and increases efficiency of shop floor staff – allows shoppers to pick up a product they want to buy, scan the barcode with their phone, seamlessly pay using the phone and walk out. Most recently, MishiPay has also expanded its product line to cover 100% of the store transactions which now includes a tablet based self-checkout kiosk.

“The beauty of our technology is that it is valuable to both shops and shoppers. We have created a process that is seamless and frictionless for customers, and we are delighted that the outstanding commercial results and positive shopper feedback have powered the next phase in the deployment at reputed stores in the UAE and KSA,” added Mustafa Khanwala, Founder and CEO of MishiPay. “Entering a new market for the first time is always very exciting, and to do so with a brand as strong as Bloomingwear has been a brilliant experience. There is clear synergy between our brand and the cutting-edge experiences we want to create for customers. After a very successful launch and partnership in the UAE, we are looking forward to bringing the benefits of our technology to more shoppers in the KSA and elsewhere across the Gulf countries in the coming weeks.”
