Serena Marketplace opens for business in Dubailand

January 10, 2021 | By RetailME Bureau

Serena Marketplace, a new community shopping and service centre for the Mediterranean-themed gated community located in the heart of Dubailand, has officially opened for business. It brings a quality retail mix and dining options for the entire residential neighbourhood and surrounding communities such as Layan and Al Waha.

The 45,000 sq ft centre at the heart of the Serena community will offer a place for families and friends to connect and dine, and will support a range of brands and services including a convenience store, salon, and a pharmacy.

Serena Marketplace will be fully operational in 2021. Located in the heart of Dubailand the refined, family-friendly community offers residents a wide collection of lifestyle amenities and recreational facilities, and direct access to Emirates Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Academic City Road. Catering to the Serena subcommunities of Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa Viva, phase one of the community centre brings a broad range of convenient offerings to the community.

A number of brands have activated special offers to celebrate the new era for residents. Geant Express will offer free gift hampers to the first 100 customers as well as 25 per cent off organic products, while Homegrown Champions Cleaner, known for its fully automated state-of-the-art technologies and green innovations, is offering a 25 per cent discount until 31 January 2021 on all value-added cleaning and sanitisation services with an AED500 maximum purchase.

Foshaih Gents Salon is offering visitors an incredible 50 per cent discount throughout its first month of operation, and pizza lovers can rejoice with Papa John’s serving up some limited-time promotions.

AQUA Properties, one of the top lead-generating real estate companies in the community, is also offering a limited-time promotion with 10 per cent discount on agency fees on any property service completed through the Serena Marketplace office. Stationary experts Vibygor will open a store specialising in school and office supplies.

Serena Marketplace is open from 10:00AM until 10:00PM from Sunday to Saturday.
