The Point represents a strategic partnership between the Red Sea Markets For Real Estate Investment Company | Asir and the Tourism Development Fund. The Red Sea Markets Company owns one of the most important shopping and entertainment projects in the Kingdom, Red Sea Mall in Jeddah and it is working to replicate this success in Abha and position The Point as Asir Region’s leading tourist destination for shopping, entertainment and recreation. The Asir region has become one of the most important tourist attractions in the Kingdom, aiming to attract more than 10 million tourists by 2030.

Keeping true to this larger vision, The Point has recently signed three strategic agreements to strengthen its position as Asir’s leading shopping and entertainment destination. A full-service hypermarket with BinDawood Holding, attended by CEO Ahmad Bin Dawood, will enhance the region’s retail landscape, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s goal of economic diversification.

New partnerships with Apparel Group, led by Sima and Nilesh Ved, and Azadea Group will introduce a diverse mix of local and global brands, reinforcing Asir’s commercial and tourism appeal.
