At the recent World Retail Congress (WRC) 2012, CBRE hosted a session entitled “The Role of Real Estate in the Multichannel World” and invited three panellists to give their insights into the world of multichannel retailing. CBRE also sought the view of the audience which included retailers, franchisee operators and shopping centre owners from around the world.
