Tory Burch opens in Mall of Qatar

April 30, 2017 | By RetailME Bureau

American lifestyle brand Tory Burch has opened a boutique at Mall of Qatar in Doha, following the success of its Lagoona Mall location launched in 2015, building on the brand’s presence in the Middle East.

The store’s facade is distinguished by a green awning, orange doors and brass accents, which are signature Tory Burch design elements. In keeping with the aesthetic of the brand’s stores, the interior has a residential feel. Oak panel floors, brass details and cane-trimmed tables create a clean and modern space and offer a neutral backdrop for sophisticated mix of furnishings, including teal velvet sofas and blue embroidered pillows.

The Mall of Qatar location will carry a wide assortment of the Tory Burch collection, including shoes, jewellery, watches, eyewear, accessories and fragrance. The store will open with the brand’s spring/summer 2017 collection, inspired by East Coast meets West Coast theme. Drawing on quintessential American style, it celebrates contrast – nautical motifs and batik prints, preppy florals and patchwork, pearls and macramé, mules and moccasins, structured and bohemian ease.

Since launching its first boutique in the Middle East at The Dubai Mall in 2011, the brand has expanded to include freestanding stores in UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Additional store openings are planned for the Middle East in the next year, continuing to bring Tory Burch’s unique design sensibility to the region.
