Dubai-based home-grown healthy food concept Under500 has announced expansions plans with franchise opportunities in Dubai and across the MENA region.
Having launched three restaurants within its first year of operations, Under500 has generated significant traction. It is now in the next stage of implementing its global expansion strategy, with the aim to open more than 60 franchises across the MENA region in the next five years. The restaurant is offering single unit and area development franchises across several geographic areas rather than implementing a one-unit-at-a-time approach.
“Under500 has already built a strong reputation in the UAE. The positive responses received from our nutritious offerings have encouraged us to share our healthy food concept with the rest of the world. We see tremendous opportunity to expand across the MENA region and anticipate the same success in these markets in the coming years,” says co-founder Mahmoud Bartawi.
Co-founder Fadi Ghaly feels franchising is the fastest way to enter new markets and grow a larger customer base for Under500. “We are excited to expand our footprint and are looking to partner with qualified franchisees that have passion, keen business acumen and a strong commitment to the community. Our franchise programme was developed by the world’s leading franchise consultants, Francorp, in an effort provide the best franchise programme across the MENA region. We have already received significant interest globally on the healthy eating concept and believe Under500 has the ability to adapt to the needs of international markets.”
With plans for growth, Under500 is looking for interested and qualified franchisees and business partners with significant F&B experience to bring Under500 across MENA. In addition to offering its store concepts through its franchising programme, Under500 also has an extensive strategy in place to provide its franchisees with the ongoing training and support needed to help them achieve their unique business goals and aspirations.
