Urban RetrEAT, the food incubator founded by Dana Alsharif to support home-grown businesses, in Abu Dhabi’s Yas Mall has unveiled its latest rotation. The venue houses 12 food vendors that are rotated every three months.

The new batch of foodpreneurs include Berries, Barzat Al Fareej, Al Areesh, Asia, West to West Kitchen, Kids Factory UAE, Sukkar Dose, Barista and Burro Blanco. The exciting new additions will bring a diverse range of flavours, colours and aromas, while Maria Bonita and Revolution Kitchen stay on for yet another rotation.

Mexican street food lovers can get their fix from Burro Blanco offering a yummy range of customisable burritos including different rice options, meat and vegetables. Meanwhile Maria Bonita will tickle the taste buds with a new Latin American offering at this rotation.

From South American fiery flavours to local territory, an authentic Emirati feast awaits at Barzat Al Fareej. Foodies can taste locally loved dishes similar to the ones prepared in Emirati homes. Another home-grown concept West to West Kitchen will bring to gastronomical audiences rich and endearing Sierra Leonean, Trinidadian and Jamaican-inspired cuisine and culture.

Al Areesh will offer a range of sumptuous grills, while there will also be authentic Asian baos and buns. For those with a sweet tooth, Sukkar Dose is the perfect choice with desserts to suit every mood. The coffee lovers can head to Barista.

The icing on the cake at this rotation is the addition of the unique concept Kidz Factory UAE. While chefs whisk up their specialities, kids can play in the play house. Once the food is ready, they can watch it drive up to them in a fancy sports car.
