Wildflower opens in Dubai Marina

Wildflower Poke & More has opened its second location in Dubai Marina. After the successful opening of its first restaurant in Studio City in April 2019, the team at Wildflower are looking forward to delivering to Dubai Marina and surrounding areas.

Wildflower is the latest addition to the KRUSH Brands group and is the synthesis of the bold and health forward vision of Los Angeles chef, Justin Snyder. He has re-located to Dubai and is the co-founder of Wildflower and director of culinary for KRUSH Brands.

‘Eat the way you want to feel’ is Wildflower’s approach to offering a diverse range of food that includes poke, açaí and a chef-created kids’ menu. Wildflower will also offer gluten-free and vegan options helping to round off a healthy and nutrient-dense menu with low-calorie food options available. Underpinning the menu is the desire to create more choice and versatility that considers a variety of dietary preferences and lifestyles. In addition to poke, the ‘more’ section of the Wildflower menu includes favourites such as a Seared Ahi Sandwich, Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich and the famous Wildflower Beyond Burger.

“I am very excited to open our second Wildflower Poke & More location in Dubai Marina. We have received some really positive feedback from people ordering from our Studio City restaurant and we are looking forward to serving Dubai Marina and surrounding areas too. Having Chef Justin onboard with his creativity, talent and infinite curiosity aligns well with KRUSH Brands’ ethos, operating, delivery and food technology capabilities. We already have more projects in the works. A third Wildflower location will be opening in DIFC by the end of the year,” says Ian Ohan, CEO and founder of Freedom Pizza, the team behind Wildflower.

The Wildflower menu showcases a collection of ingredients that have been diligently sourced by Snyder, each supplier is personally handpicked based on their commitment to quality. Like Freedom, Wildflower has partnered with Greenheart Organic Farms located in Sharjah to offer fresh, local and organic ingredients to use throughout its menu.

Wildflower Poke & More is “Powered by Freedom,” which means customers can enjoy slick and easy online ordering using Freedom’s proprietary technology and applications as well as super-fast and safe delivery from Freedom’s professional driving team.
