Dubai-based F&B company Yummy Junction has announced AED20 million as part of its investment and expansion strategy for its Lebanese fast-food restaurant chain Malak Al Tawouk. The company is looking to expand the operations for Malak Al Tawouk across the UAE.

The Malak Al Tawouk brand was introduced to the UAE early this year with two branches – including Hessa Street and Motor City. The third branch is opening soon in the Business Bay area. Yummy Junction plans to open 10 branches of Malak Al Tawouk in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah by the end of 2020.

Commenting on the announcement, Mahmoud Harb, managing director and co-founder of Yummy Junction, said, “We are very excited and positive about our expansion plan for Malak Al Tawouk. It is a brand that has great potential to grow and deliver enjoyable experiences to customers through a wide selection of high-quality menu made from fresh ingredients at affordable price.”

In addition to the expansion plans, Yummy Junction is also looking to expand its delivery service to reach out to a wider pool of customers across the UAE. The delivery service of Malak Al Tawouk is currently available through Talabat and Zomato. Moreover, Yummy Junction is also working on plans of acquiring existing F&B brands in the region and introducing new and exciting brands in the near future.
