UAE-based casual dining chain Zaatar w Zeit has rolled out a new menu across its outlets in the UAE, which includes a range of lighter items to offer customers lower calorie options.

“These new offerings were added to the menu to provide customers with more choices and lighter items to satisfy their cravings,” says Mahmoud Harb, director of operations at Cravia, the holding company of Zaatar w Zeit, Cinnabon, Seattle’s Best Coffee and The Steak Bar. “These additional options are part of our commitment to continue providing our customers with the same great Zaatar w Zeit taste and unique service.” he adds.

The new Zaatar w Zeit light menu includes light grilled Halloumi cheese in the pan and wholesome multi-grain dough wraps, such as chicken-light, kafta, oil-free zaatar, light halloumi, low-cal turkey & cheese and brown baked falalfel.

In addition, Zaatar w Zeit will soon have two new outlets in the UAE; one in Dubai’s Business Bay Executive towers area and the other on the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
