Zaatar w Zeit’s support to sustainability

Cravia, the parent company of home-grown brand Zaatar w Zeit, has started a green initiative in Mira Community by delivering a number of orders using Solva Technologies’ electric motorbikes. This is in an effort to support sustainability in Dubai through contributing to the reduction of the Emirate’s carbon footprint.

The electric motorbikes are being supplied by Solva Technologies, a UAE-based smart logistics firm that tackles pressing issues in the logistics and last mile delivery sector using cutting-edge solutions. Solva Technologies offers fully electric motorbikes optimised for functionality and sustainability within a comprehensive digital platform for logistics management which enables a reliable electrification.

Reflecting the UAE’s drive to embrace innovation for the benefit of human development, Cravia’s partnership with Solva Technologies is in line with the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy for a greener and more sustainable future.

“Cravia is excited and proud of this partnership with Solva Technologies. It is the start of a progressive venture that further consolidates our support of the Emirate’s mandate to becoming one of the most sustainable cities in the world. In over a decade of achievement, Cravia has managed to serve millions of customers with its much-loved franchises, and now with this newly established green initiative, we look forward to serving our customers in Mira Community in an eco-friendly and sustainable fashion,” says Mahmoud Harb, director of operations at Cravia.
